The Last Screen System You Will Ever Need.

What Sets Us Apart? The 3 Superior Elements Used in Our Screen Porch Installs.

Step 1: Frame

We use a design patented* extruded aluminum powder coated frame. Available in stock bronze or white powder coat as well as limitless custom specialty colors to compliment any exterior décor, and two size widths to cover any 2×4 or 4×4 stud structure. The extruded aluminum and powder coating give us the strongest, most durable and attractive product on the market. Our extruded aluminum frame is 3 times heavier than a typical folded aluminum frame. *US Patent #D343,909
Available in durable powder coat colors: Bronze & White

Step 2: Screws

We use a screw that we had specifically coated in ceramic. Why? Because anything less could cause problems. An uncoated screw can rust or have reactions with other metals. The copper concentration in treated lumber demands a coated screw. Salt air is deadly. So in order to better protect your porch from these problems we had our screws coated in ceramic.

Step 3: Screen Spline System

Tear and Puncture Resistant

A combination of strength and weight create unmatched durability in Twitchell’s™ Textilene® nano™. Unlike fabric made of dip-coated fiberglass, Textilene® nano™ fabric utilizes an extrusion-coated polyester core yarn, which results in superior ball burst strength that is 300% stronger than competitive offerings* and extended life of the product.

Stability from UV Damage

The UV tolerant properties of Textilene® nano™ reveal themselves meaning extended exposure to the sun will not result in the bleaching, flaking and fading like other screens.

Mildew Resistant

Textilene® nano™ fabric includes a biocide compound that resists mildew growth, yielding longer lasting beauty from the fabric.

Ten Year Limited Warranty

Textilene® nano™ has a life expectancy of more than 10 years and is backed by a 10-year limited warranty. The average lifespan of fiberglass fabric is approximately six years and is typically backed by only a one to three year warranty
